Sir Elton John regards sobriety as one of his "greatest achievements".

The 79-year-old musical legend has sold over 300 million records around the world, achieved EGOT status and was awarded a knighthood in 1998, but he regards giving up drugs and alcohol in 1990 as being just as important as his professional accomplishments.
