Elon Musk has warned that more than 200 AI 'neocloud' providers face 'guppy-level death and consolidation' just as SpaceX lines up a vast $40 billion (£30 billion) debt package to fund its own AI infrastructure.

A day later, a SpaceX filing revealed a proposed equipment-financing deal of about $40 billion (€35.8 billion and £30 billion), although the main lease agreement has not yet closed.
