Manchester United star Ella Toone will be available for their next three fixtures following a successful appeal of the red card she received against Tottenham on Sunday.
The 23-year-old was given her marching orders after she appeared to hit out at Spurs' Eveliina Summanen during a tussle on the ground. United went on to win the game 2-1 after Leah Galton opened the scoring and an own goal from Molly Bartrip restored their lead after Beth England levelled the scoreline in the second half.
Toone was set to receive a three-match man that would've seen her miss United's FA Cup meeting with Durham after the international break, as well as crucial WSL matches against Leicester and Chelsea. She will now be available for all three of those fixtures as Marc Skinner's side continue their push for the title.

A statement from the FA on Wednesday said: "Ella Toone will be available for Manchester United Women's next three games following a successful claim of wrongful dismissal. The forward was sent off for violent conduct during the WSL game against Tottenham on Sunday."
United boss Skinner confirmed after the game they would appeal the red card and said he believes play acting played a role in the sending-off. "We want our players to show passion, commitment and energy," he told Sky Sports on Sunday.
"It was play-acting in my opinion. Obviously, with Ella (Toone) we'll look at that but I want to see that from her - I want to see passion in our players.
"It's something we'll work on internally because we have to be accountable. I will appeal that red card."
Toone was honest in her response to the sending-off and said it was an incident she will learn from. She wrote on social media after the game: "I pride myself on the passion and love I have when playing for this club. I hold my hands up for my reaction and I'll learn from it. Proud of the team."
