Elevate signs Midlands construction contracts worth £32m

Elevate Midlands Birmingham

Construction deals worth more than £32 million have been signed by Birmingham-based developer Elevate.

The contracts cover three separate projects across the Midlands region which will see more than 200 residential units built.

Kings Heath-based Kavannagh Construction is to commence work on the transformation of Imperial House in Solihull in June.
