Electric shock warning as popular Harvey Norman travel adapter recalled

An urgent recall has been issued for a popular travel adapter sold in Harvey Norman.

The G&BL Universal Multitravel Adapter by JDM Products was sold in the home and electronics retailer. Around 1,222 products have been sold in Ireland so far.

The reason for the recall is due to an electric shock risk caused by a manufacturing issue. Shutters for the Australian socket system are missing and can cause live part access.
