An elderly woman is trapped in a house with no heating, hot water or kitchen - and a toilet that leaks onto her staircase whenever it is flushed.
Photos show the hellish conditions that the vulnerable woman from Brighouse is currently having to live in a desperate appeal to find a way to renovate the property.
Black mould is all over the walls and the pink toilet, which has a missing seat. The roof is also leaking and there is a vermin problem in the house.
