An elderly Naked Education contestant insisted they "look better now" as they disrobed in front of teenagers.
The aim of the new Channel 4 series is to get rid of the taboos surrounding bodies and help to educate the nation about 'real' bodies and what they look like.
However, the show - which is fronted by Anna Richardson, Love Island's Dr Alex George and Yinka Bokinni - has received hundreds of complaints over adults being naked in front of kids aged 14 to 17.
During a recent episode of the controversial show, an elderly contestant named Jane Buckle said she 'looks better now' than when she was a teenager.
The five older people discussed how their bodies have changed over the years while holding throwback photos of themselves.
After opening up about their teen years, they disrobed.
Ahead of the release of the recent episode, Jane took to Twitter and wrote: "#realitytvstar on #nakededucation tonight #channel4 8pm we have all been dbs checked the programme is educational and shows that all people are beautiful even though they may have imperfections and everything is acceptable."
Meanwhile, on the show, 15-year-old Tyrone was surprised that their bodies had "a lot of life in them" as he expected "saggy, droopy bodies".
Millie, 16, continued: "When they dropped their robes I thought they didn't look how I thought they would look like. They looked like they kept their shape."
Jane told the teens: "I think I look better now than when I was 15."
Dr Alex recently had to come to the show's defence after it was hit with 1,089 Ofcom complaints - 930 from the first episode and 159 the following week.
Alex said he was proud of the show, but annoyed at himself for letting the opinions of a minority "distract him."
He wrote: "Im so annoyed at myself. When I lost my brother to mental illness I promised myself I would stop at nothing to prevent other families from living with empty seats at their dinner tables.
"I knew it would be hard. I knew it would mean doing things differently. After all, Einstein’s definition of madness is repeating the same thing over and over and expecting a different result."
"God I have faced challenges and struggles over these years, people have told me it’s impossible and so much worse. I have ALWAYS persisted and pushed on. Relentless in my mission."
Alex went on: "The reason I am annoyed at myself is because we created something incredible and life-changing with Naked Education,
"And I let the opinions of a minority of people (who almost certainly hadn’t watched the show) distract from what a life-changing program this is."
