Elderly man's fatal overdose after pharmacy error

An elderly vision-impaired man who was given medication from an incorrectly labelled pill organiser subsequently died from a drug overdose, an inquest has heard.

South Australian coroner Emma Roper is inquiring into the death of Pelayo Del Carmen Cortes Godoy, 82, a Chilean miner who migrated to Australia with his wife Rosa in 1985.
