According to sources, the burglars tied up a 40-year-old man inside the apartment and proceeded to steal a gold chain valued at approximately $8,000 along with $200 in cash. The victim's father, Jacinto Remigo, attempted to escape the situation by climbing out of a sixth-floor window.
