An eight-year-old boy is in critical condition at a children's hospital after a quad bike crash in Bali, according to media reports.
He is believed to have arrived in Perth from Bali on Saturday, two days after the accident.
The Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade told AAP it provided consular assistance to an Australian hospitalised in Indonesia.
Due to privacy obligations, they were unable to provide further comment.
A spokesperson for the Child and Adolescent Health Care Service told AAP a patient is at Perth Children's Hospital "in a critical condition".
