Every year, the UK’s driving rules and regulations will change in an effort to make roads safer and better.
New rules set to come into force in 2023 have been introduced by the Government, with some changes expected to impact thousands of Brits.
These include things like fuel duty adjustments, an expansion of London’s ULEZ zone and benefits for electric car owners.
