The filing deadline for the Florida Republican presidential primary passed on Nov. 22, 2023. Eight candidates qualified to appear on the March 19, 2024, ballot. In order to qualify, candidates had to either submit a petition with 56,000 signatures or pay a filing fee. If the candidate attended the Florida Republican Party’s Freedom Summit event, the candidate was required to pay $25,000, and if the candidate did not attend the event, the candidate was required to pay $100,000. The party must submit this list to the Florida Secretary of State by Nov. 30, 2023.

- Ryan Binkley
- North Dakota Governor Doug Burgum
- Former New Jersey Governor Chris Christie
- Florida Governor Ron DeSantis
- Former U.N. Ambassador and South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley
- Former Arkansas Governor Asa Hutchinson
- Vivek Ramaswamy
- Former President Donald Trump
This was the seventh Republican presidential filing deadline. Binkley, Burgum, Christie, DeSantis, Haley, Ramaswamy, David Stuckenberg, and Trump have all filed to participate in five or more nominating contests. The next Republican presidential primary filing deadlines will take place on Dec. 1, 2023, in the District of Columbia, Hawaii, and Maine.
