Edinson Cavani has praised Anthony Elanga despite Manchester United's poor season.

Elanga has enjoyed a breakout campaign for the Reds since Ralf Rangnick arrived on an interim basis. The Swede, who was blocked from leaving on loan in January, made 27 first team appearances for United and even grabbed his first ever Champions League goal.

However, as a club, United suffered a disastrous season. The 58 points accumulated meant that this was the worst Premier League campaign ever for the team.
