A city centre restaurant in Edinburgh has apologised after a customer branded the spot 'unclean and dirty', before mentioning their waiter's 'ill-fitting trousers'.
Yo! Sushi on Princes Street said they were sorry they 'fell way below the mark'. The guest, who also described their visit as 'terrible', said they 'won't be back'.
After leaving their review on TripAdvisor, the chain Japanese eatery were quick to respond.

Posting their review last month, the customer wrote: "Absolutely terrible.
"Place seems on need of a revamp looks dirty and unclean. No salmon was available. To order was a pain loads missing off menu.
"Tea was stone cold asked to have it replaced came back exactly the same. The most off putting was a member of staff with ill fitting trousers exposing the cleft of their derriere.
"On a whole not a very pleasant experience. Won't be back."
In response, Yo! Sushi said: "Hi there, I'm sorry to hear that your recent experience with us fell way below the mark. Please get in touch and we can look into this and resolve this for you."
In general, customers seem to be satisfied with a trip to the Princes Street chain. The spot has a 3.5 star rating on TripAdvisor, with 142 positive reviews.
A recent review highlights their 'good food and fab staff', adding: "Staff are super attentive at this Yo! Sushi. There's a really relaxed atmosphere, and the food is always delicious."
Another states: "Great fun! We had dinner here tonight and it was delicious.
"Perfect central location, very clean ,friendly staff. There's also a conveyor belt going around the restaurant so you can help yourself from that too. It's all really good fun."
