An Edinburgh woman feels like she has been "let down" by Police Scotland after she was knocked off her bike by car in the city centre.
Dawn Latto, 49, was cycling across North Bridge on October 31, last week while there were major works ongoing, limiting the space on the road.
However, she told Edinburgh Live how a "big Mercedes" drove up behind her and knocked her off while cycling. She is now on the hunt to find witnesses as the police state "no criminality has been established at this time".

She said: "It was around midday and a silver car started to try and overtake me, it was big and there was no room. It hit me knocking me off balance.
"In that moment, I was scared I'd fall under the car, but luckily I managed to bounce off the car a few times till he passed and then immediately fell to the ground.
"There were about three young people there. They were horrified, they rushed over to see if I was okay. I should have maybe stopped and told them to be witnesses but I checked myself, thanked them, and jumped on bike to chase the car for registration.
"I caught the car just south of Hunter's Square outside the bookies where it was caught at a pedestrian crossing. I pulled in front of him and got my phone out my bag and managed to get a couple of pictures. The lights had changed by then and he clearly got bored waiting. He pushed my bike out of the way and drove off."
Dawn reported it to the police but said that she noticed they didn't put out any appeals for witnesses. Now, after months of hoping people would come forward, she has taken it upon herself to find people who were in the area on Halloween afternoon.
She added: "I was lucky, I only sustained bruises and a rotator cuff injury in my right shoulder that is ongoing but not life-changing.
"I just feel really let down, I was hit and he drove off. I would really appreciate anyone who was there to come forward. There were people on the bridge and further past the Tron, it would mean a lot.
"I have been cycling in the city for 24 years, and yes, people have caused accidents, some worse than others but they were accidents. They stopped and were really sorry, apologised and called an ambulance. But this guy took me out and drove off without a care."
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "We received a report of a collision involving a cyclist and a car which failed to stop on North Bridge, Edinburgh around 12.10pm on Monday, October 31, 2022.
"There were no reports of injuries. Following enquiries, no criminality has been established at this time.
"Anyone who saw what happened or has relevant dash cam footage of the area at the time should contact Police Scotland on 101 quoting reference 1437 of October 31, 2022."
