Two of Scotland's most renowned men in the hospitality sector will be launching a pop-up dining experience event ahead of the opening of their new Edinburgh restaurant.

Running over four evenings - June 24 and 25 and July 1 and 2 - the pop-up preview event will include a six-course tasting dinner with matching wines set at the stunning Miele Experience Centre at the capital's St James Quarter.

Naming their upcoming top gourmet venue eòrna - Scots Gaelic for barley and Scotland's largest crop mainly used for the production of whisky - the star hospitality pair will bring to the new restaurant a wealth of experience gathered from some of Scotland's finest restaurants, including Number One at The Balmoral and Restaurant Andrew Fairlie.

The event is priced at £120 per person for six courses and matching wines. You can book your visit here.
