Emergency crews raced to the Edinburgh's West End this afternoon and locked down a street.
Edinburgh Live were alerted by a worried member of the public as police and ambulance crews descended onto the quiet residential street and cordoned off an area.
At 3:30pm this afternoon the local reported seeing two ambulances and two police cars in the street.

They posted an image on Twitter and said they hoped there had been no fatalities but that it looked serious.
The image shows two ambulances and a police car blocking off the road, with police officers mulling around at the scene and questioning people in their cars.
A Police Scotland spokesperson replied to our request for comment just after 4:30pm.
They said: “We were made aware of a collision involving a car and a female pedestrian at Drumsheugh Gardens in Edinburgh around 2.45pm on Friday, 11 March.
“The woman has been taken to hospital.”
