Edinburgh Skua: New restaurant by up-and-coming chefs opening with small plates and cocktails

A pair of Edinburgh talented chefs in the capital are set to open an exciting new restaurant in the Stockbridge area of the city.

Chef patron duo, Tomás Gormley and Sam Yorke, who originally launched the popular Heron restaurant in Leith, are set to introduce their second venture, Skua, this spring.

Featuring a menu of small plates inspired by the seasons and an innovative drinks list featuring cocktails, beers, spirits, and natural and rare wines curated by Heron bar manager, Seoiridh Fraser, the latest restaurant will open on St Stephen Street.
