A body has been found at a beauty spot in Edinburgh and the family of a young man who was reported missing has been made aware.
A large emergency service presence including police, the Scottish Fire Service and ambulances were in attendance at the Shore from 6am on Wednesday, June 14 until the mid-afternoon.

Police have now confirmed that a body was discovered and formal identification is yet to take place but there are no apparent suspicious circumstances.
A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: "Around 12.30 pm on Wed 14 June the body of a man was discovered at The Shore."
They added: "Formal identification has yet to take place, but the family of Zyrynyl Melendres, 23, reported missing, has been made aware. There are no apparent suspicious circumstances."
