A new location has been announced for the legendary Pitt Street Food Market, just weeks after the team confirmed they are leaving their longstanding Leith site.
Pitt Street has been the popular food spot's home for the past seven years, but recently its upcoming closure was confirmed with a multimillion pound residential development due to take over the area.
The Leith street food venue was established in 2015 and has grown in popularity ever since, providing award-winning food, drinks and live music every Friday, Saturday and Sunday afternoon.

Their last day in Leith has been penned in the diary as August 28, but Edinburgh foodies shouldn't fear, as the team behind the street food market has today revealed their new location - in Granton.
Taking to social media this afternoon, they said: "Cat’s out the bag! You’ve been waiting, asking, guessing (often accurately) and we’re delighted to announce we’re bound for Granton!"
They've advised the new destination will be 'on the shores of the Firth of Forth, have even more traders (7 stalls expanding to 21) and will be three times the space!'.
They add: "We're open weekly as usual in Leith and will have closing parties right up until the 28th of August. You’re not rid of us yet."
What's more, The Pitt will will also be hosting an information session about the move on the night of Wednesday July 20 in Leith, with everyone welcome.
Current vendors at the site include the Buffalo Truck offering their award winning Buffalo Burger with blue cheese and buffalo sauce, long time resident Ròst which boasts seasonal and local Scottish street food with a creative twist and Barnacles & Bones with the well-loved favourite Juicy Steak on Fries with Gremolata.
Announcing their departure from Leith in social media post last month, The Pitt commented: "We're moving - after seven years of calling Pitt Street home it's finally being turned into flats. You've only got ten weekends left to come eat, party, and chill with us and the best traders from over the last seven years.
Adding: "We will close for the final time on August 28 and stay tuned for some very very exciting news on our 2023 digs..."
