New Covid hotspots in Edinburgh have been identified as the First Minister confirms the easing of further restrictions in March, including the mandatory use of masks in public places.
Over the last week, Scotland has reported 43,440 positive cases of coronavirus since February 15, with a seven-day positivity rate of 794.7 per 100,000.
Edinburgh has confirmed 4,154 cases, with a seven-day positivity rate of 787.3, 7.4 under the national average.
