One of the best-loved hot drinks in the world – there is nothing better than a hot chocolate. In Edinburgh, we have plenty of great options but one café, in particular, seems to be knocking it out of the park with its marshmallow-tastic versions.
The Marshmallow Lady in Bonnington has gone viral with their toasted marshmallow-topped hot chocolates with locals and tourists alike raving about her creations.
One fan posted about them on her TikTok account leading to over 30,000 likes with people flocking to comment how good they look.
The @AnnabelleBrockwell account shared the video of her Oreo marshmallow version, which look dreamy, sh said: "Come with me to try the most perfect hot chocolate in Edinburgh, it's at a place called the Marshmallow Lady."

"Basically, you choose your flavour of marshmallow, you get it toasted and placed on top of a hot chocolate with whipped cream. And it's so so good."
She also adds that the café is dog-friendly making it "great for dog watching", and explains that each day the team at Marshmallow Lady make the "most gorgeous" flavours including the likes of Caramel Swirl, Churro and Raspberry.
You can try each before you buy and can even buy them bag.
Delighted foodies flocked to comment, one wrote: "Well these look unbelievable."
Another added: "Even more reasons to go to Edinburgh."
While one commenter, who was already a fan, stated: "She is the loveliest person too, I'm so glad this place is finally getting the recognition it absolutely deserves."
