The lineup for Scotland's newest music festival in Edinburgh has been announced, with Massive Attack, The Chemical Brothers and The National set to headline.
Connect Music Festival will take place at the Royal Highland Centre, on the outskirts of the city centre, between 26-28 August, 2022.
Organisers from TRNSMT and T in The Park have clubbed together to deliver the newest addition to Scotland's music festival scene, delivering a mix of bands, DJ's, performers and more.

Mogwai, Little Simz, Self Esteem, Jon Hopkins and Black Coffee are all amongst the confirmed lineup, which was announced last night, February 23.
Connect Music Festival is a brand new event that will feature some of the best in left field talent from grassroots through to award-winning headliners. Presale tickets are on sale as of this morning, February 24.
Bristol collective Massive Attack will take to the 'Grand Parade Stage' on Friday, August 26, for what is being described as an 'epic headline set'.
Electric dance music giants, The Chemical Brothers, will make their Connect headline appearance on Saturday, August 27. The superstar DJ's will celebrate the 25th Anniversary of their seminal second album, 'Dig Your Own Hole' this spring. They have also won multiple Grammy Awards for genre-defining tracks and amassed over 13 million album sales worldwide.
Rounding off the weekend and closing Connect with their headline set on Sunday, August 28, are indie rock stalwarts The National.
Emerging from Brooklyn in the early 2000s, the band released their 8th Studio Album, I Am Easy to Find, which reached the top spot in the US charts in 2020. They will bring their anthemic, orchestral and darkly majestic soundscapes to Connect for a performance that is 'not to be missed'
Performing alongside Massive Attack on the Friday will be electronic producer and musician Jon Hopkins, who has collaborated with the likes of Coldplay and Brian Eno.
