Fans of Harry Potter in Edinburgh can still live out their Wizarding World dreams ahead of Christmas with a special afternoon tea at one of the capital's most unusual bars.
Magical city centre wizard-themed bar The Cauldron, which is located on Frederick Street, has created a festive twist on its afternoon tea and magic potion-making classes to delight fans of all things Harry Potter.
Running until December 31, the 1 hour 45 mins long interactive experience sees guests enjoy a warm Mulled Wine on arrival, before being given a working magic wand and wizarding robe to help begin to make their festive potions.

Priced at £37.99 per person (or £30.99 for students), there is also a non-alcoholic version for children (5+) which is priced at £25 and can be booked from the Cauldron website.
And for extra fun, they've put a Christmas twist on their afternoon tea offer, where instead of potions you experiment with 'magical teas' creating two using transfiguration and experimentation.
You'll also be given your own Wizarding Afternoon tea with a scone and a selection of carefully curated “sand-witches,” and desserts which are specifically designed to complement the magic teas.
Priced at £45 per person (12+), the Arcane Wizard's Afternoon Tea offers student discount (£37 pp) and cheaper tickets for little wizards (age 11 and under) at £35 pp.
And don't worry if you miss out on the festive fun, the Cauldron hosts these exciting events and classes throughout the year.
