Edinburgh's Dulce included in prestigious Michelin guide in first year of business

Michelin Michelin Guide Dean Banks Edinburgh

The newest restaurant by a top Scottish chef has been included in the prestigious Michelin guide in its first year of business.

Dulce, the west end seafood bistro and wine bar opened by chef Dean Banks on Queensferry Street has been winning plaudits for its top array of seafood dishes and cocktails made with Dean’s own spirits brands Mond Vodka and Lunun Gin.

Now added to the latest edition of the Michelin guide, it joins the top chef's other restaurants Dean Banks at the Pompadour and Haar St Andrews in being honoured by the foodie bible.
