Scotland’s First Ever Fish and Chips Awards launches next week and the organisers are asking the people of Edinburgh to help by nominating their favourite capital chippies.
Taking place on National Chip Week, the new awards, which are run by the team behind the well-established Scottish-Italian Awards, are seeking the very best chippies in Scotland.
With the awards driven by the public, people from the capital will be able to vote on the places that they think are worthy of the win.
