Edinburgh's 10 most popular properties in the last month have been revealed, with an array of homes across the capital and the Lothians being viewed thousands of times by locals.
Whether it's been with the intent to buy, or just to have a snoop around some of the city's most luxurious homes, the most popular properties have actually all been on the more expensive side.
According to ESPC, many of the list were situated in coastal areas of Edinburgh and East Lothian, with the city clearly dreaming of enjoying some sea views this summer.

In addition, most of the top 10 were also above the £600,000 mark, with many searching for luxury homes in 2022.
So, here are the most popular properties in March for you to enjoy.
1. Brunstane Road North
Price: Offers over £680,000
The most popular property on ESPC in March 2022 was a project with plenty of potential. Aspiring renovators had flocked to get a closer look at this spacious, four-bedroom detached villa located in a coveted pocket of Edinburgh, just a stone’s throw from Portobello beach – where you can even see the sea from the street.
