New plans could see an Edinburgh pub demolished to make way for a huge new student accommodation complex.
A consultation is set to get underway for the site at Jock's Lodge, with developers suggesting the seven-storey block will also include a new pub space to replace the Limelite bar.
Hoping to get public opinion on the proposals, the 188-room building would be located on the corner of Restalrig Road South and London Road, currently home to a few smaller buildings and a pub.
