Emergency services rushed to the Newhaven area of Edinburgh on Wednesday evening.
Police Scotland confirmed that a number of officers were called to an incident at Pier Place in Newhaven.
Eyewitnesses report that around five police cars and a number of ambulances were at the scene at around 6pm on Wednesday evening.

Police Scotland told Edinburgh Live that at 9.30pm, officers were currently still at the scene after being called to the emergency incident.
