The popular street market has called Pitt Street in Leith home for the last seven years but have been expecting the move in venue due to plans to build flats at the site, and sadly that day has finally come with the Pitt Market announcing their closure on August 28.
The Leith street food venue was established in 2015 and has grown in popularity ever since, providing award-winning food, drinks and live music every Friday, Saturday and Sunday afternoon.
Not too worry though Edinburgh locals still have ten weekends, including June 25 and 26, to pop down and visit the fantastic variety of food and drink vendors at the party site and enjoy some live music.
