Paul Reynolds co-owner of Stack and Still said: “I am a huge fan of Christmas and experienced my first Christmas in July over 25 years ago whilst living in the USA. Starting to put our Scottish cities on the map with the likes of Sydney, Los Angeles and Cape Town. It’s about celebrating family, friendship and fairy lights. There will be mountains of turkey, pigs in blankets, gingerbread pancakes and Christmas pudding. Of course not all served in the same plate. At their Edinburgh location, the nighttime offering of In- somnia will be presenting limited edition cocktails such as a mulled spice espresso martini.
Tracey Atcheson owner of The Thrill of Christmas said: “I am so excited and delighted to partner with my friends at Stack and Still to showcase our luxury Christmas collection in two very different locations. At The Thrill of Christmas we are all about bespoke decor and staging for our customers. We had the pleasure of setting the tone for Stack and Still’s beautiful Georgian Edinburgh location last year.”
