The order of service has been announced as the King and Queen get set for their trip to Edinburgh to be presented with the Honours of Scotland.
The ceremony, which will take place at 2.15pm on Wednesday at St Giles' Cathedral, is a Service of Thanksgiving and Dedication, will involve longstanding royal traditions in Scotland following King Charles III's coronation in May. There will also be new aspects to the centuries-old gathering, including parts of the bible read out in Scots, as well as psalms being sung in Gaelic.
Prince William & Princess Kate will be in attendance, as well as other high-profile Scottish names such as First Minister Humza Yousaf and Olympian Dame Katherine Grainger.
