Edinburgh New Town will welcome a Pilates and Yoga studio into the area after the city council approved the planning application.
Moving into the premises of a recently closed Mumbai Dining Club restaurant at 3 Atholl Place, the management team of Pointe Ahead Pilates aims "to create a welcoming space for clients to feel part of the Pilates and fitness community."
The wellness company that started in 2013 currently operates as a jointly run Pilates and Yoga studio on Rutland Square, occupies two rooms and offers classes by eight qualified teachers.

The approved application will now see the business move into the two-storey Category A Listed building property within the West End Conservation Area.
Promising no physical changes to the layout of the building, the new venue will have several rooms - including a private studio - for exercises, a soft studio for meditation practices, a massage therapy room and a lounge zone.
The Pointe Ahead Pilates team said: "To enhance the community feel, we will run occasional social events where clients can join taster classes to experience the various equipment and then enjoy a glass of champagne.
"Eventually, we would also like to add a Barre and Bubbles class to the schedule as the perfect way to get ready for the weekend. The existing property holds an alcohol licence which we would look to retain."
The venue will host a maximum of 30 people at any given moment and will be open according to the following provisional working hours:
07:00 – 21:00 Monday – Friday
08:00 – 16:00 Saturday
08:00 – 16:00 Sunday
