Edinburgh Monarchs revving up for new season

Edinburgh Edinburgh Monarchs Berwick

Edinburgh Monarchs get their 2022 SGB Championship season underway with an enticing double-header this weekend.

They host Berwick Bandits to kick-off their quest for silverware on Friday night at the Armadale Stadium (7.30pm start) before making the journey south to face the same opposition in a reverse fixture the following day (8.15pm start).

Edinburgh enjoyed a fine campaign last time out but ultimately fell just short of lifting some trophies as they were losing finalists in the Knock-Out Cup as well as suffering defeat in the SGB Championship play-off semi-final.
