Edinburgh man not seen in two weeks as police become 'increasingly worried'

Police in Edinburgh are appealing to the public after a 35-year-old man has been reported missing from the city.

William Thomas Stewart was last seen at a pharmacy on Easter Road on Friday, May 20.

He is described as a white man, around 5ft 8in tall, of a skinny build with blue eyes and brown hair that covers his eyes. When last seen, William was wearing grey jeans and a t shirt.

Inspector Scott Casey, of Edinburgh Response Policing, said: “It has now been two weeks since William was last seen and we are becoming increasingly worried.

“I would ask if you have noticed anyone matching this description or have any details on his whereabouts that you come forward and speak to officers.”
