A worried Edinburgh resident has complained after a ‘lethal’ spiked fence blocked a public walkway and forced her onto the road.
Rose Heather Alexander was walking down Ford Road when she saw the large heavy rusted fence blocking the Saughton Park bus stop. Rose, who lives with a disability, had been trying to catch a bus but was forced to go onto the road and face oncoming traffic.
