Edinburgh International Book Festival programme unveiled – how to get tickets

THE programme for this year's Edinburgh International Book Festival has been unveiled, with nearly 600 writers from 41 different countries taking part.

The renowned festival, taking place in the capital between August 15 and 30, published its full programme on Tuesday, featuring more than 600 events spanning across fiction, politics, science, history, music and live performances.
