Edinburgh house prices rising by a whopping £102 a day in startling new figures

House prices are rising at more than £100 a day in parts of Scotland - with Edinburgh coming in at an eye-watering average of £102 a day.

The news comes as ESPC revealed that average selling price in Edinburgh has risen by a whopping 6.4 percent - with the average home price now at £295,979.
