Edinburgh has welcomed a new dessert cafe to the city centre as the team behind Eats, the drive-thru hut, have just opened their second venue.
After becoming popular amongst locals for the innovative idea of a drive-thru dessert cafe near Niddrie, Eats soon became known across the city for their excellent milkshakes, cookie dough and cakes, as well as also offering breakfast rolls and other savoury options.
The team teased followers on social media over the last few weeks with the opening of their second store, offering customers limited seating and takeaway options, as well as being available on food delivery platforms.

On their Instagram, they posted: "We're delighted to announce Eats #2 will open this Thursday at 57a Home Street - that's just along from the King's Theatre in Edinburgh city centre.
"You'll be able to takeaway, order deliveries or sit in & tuck into our mammoth menu - with some brand new additions on this menu which we'll be revealing soon."
Tollcross has been chosen by the team, acting as a prime location for locals and tourists, with the cafe opening today, February 3.
Speaking on their new location, the team said: "Our Tollcross opening is a permanent outlet with takeaway and limited seating - it's the second unit for us as we look to expand across the UK and is the second location in Edinburgh - we currently have our drive-thru at Duddingston Park South.
"We'll be serving our well-loved menu from the drive-thru including some new additions that will only be available at Tollcross - waffles and churros.
"The menu will feature our signature coffee blend, quick bites and desserts."
The venue certainly sticks out with their bright pink lights and large TV screens showcasing some of their most luxurious dessert options.
The team also offer puppuccino to ensure your four-legged companions don't miss out on the action.
