An Edinburgh flat has been advertised online for just over £40,000 on the weekend of Taylor Swift's three concerts to be held at BT Murrayfield Stadium next June.
Following the announcement of the solo singer coming to the capital city, accommodation prices in Edinburgh have skyrocketed.
But letting agents told Edinburgh Live the mammoth fee for the Leith flat is a "security rate" on a new online listing to prevent bookings before the property is completely ready. They added the flat is not actually available at that rate - which has been applied to all dates.
The one bedroom apartment that sleeps two people is located on Ferry Road and is described as a "quaint home." With the flat being around a 15-minute drive from the stadium.

The booking.com listing, managed by GuestReady individually advertises all three nights, June 7, 8 and 9, individually at £40,075.
However, if you book the same flat for all three nights of Taylor Swift performing in Edinburgh the overall price is an overall £120,075 including taxes and fees.
The flat is modern with all of the modern amenities such as a Queen bed, private kitchen, flat screen TV, and free wi-fi.

"Edinburgh Castle is 2.8 miles from the apartment and University of Edinburgh is 2.9 miles away. A spokeswoman for GuestReady said: "This property's rate is not accurate, unrelated to the concert, and not available to book at this price. This is a security rate implemented to a new online listing to prevent bookings before the property is completely ready. Normal and competitive rates are applied as soon as GuestReady's properties are ready to welcome guests, and can then be booked."
