An Edinburgh flat has been advertised online for just over £40,000 on the weekend of Taylor Swift's three concerts to be held at BT Murrayfield Stadium next June.
Following the announcement of the solo singer coming to the capital city, accommodation prices in Edinburgh have skyrocketed.
But letting agents told Edinburgh Live the mammoth fee for the Leith flat is a "security rate" on a new online listing to prevent bookings before the property is completely ready. They added the flat is not actually available at that rate - which has been applied to all dates.
