A Scottish fire chief who sexually assaulted a woman during a party thrown to celebrate his 30 years service has been jailed for three years.
Derek Hill, 57, attacked the woman after he barged his way into a toilet cubicle she was using and forced himself upon her.
Hill - a crew commander at Kelso Fire Station - forced his tongue into his victim’s mouth while reaching under her skirt and pulling her underwear down to her knees.
