A new dad in Edinburgh has spoken out sewage water flooded the basement of his barber's shop.
Luke Ellis, 34, from the Gyle, owns Sink and Anchor with his wife, Rachel, 33. They opened their business on East Fountainbridge Road in September 2022 but were forced to move in March after a fire in a nearby takeaway caused significant smoke damage.
Luke has been tidying up his store while running Sink and Anchor at its temporary home on Bread Street. However, on Friday, June 9, when he went to East Fountainbridge, he discovered the basement was flooded with sewage water.
