Edinburgh Dachshund pop-up cafe will have dog treats, photo station and puppuccinos

A new puppy pop-up cafe is returning to Edinburgh this summer, with customers encouraged to bring their four-legged companions to mingle and enjoy unlimited treats.

Pup-Up Cafe will be revisiting the capital in July 2022, returning for their third time hosting the exciting event.

The event will encourage Dachshund owners to bring their dogs to the cafe at The Old Dr Bells' Baths on Sunday, July 17, from 10am to 5pm.

Tickets are on sale now and even the pups need to get one, although they are free for all non-humans. Tickets for Dachshund owners are priced at £9 and those without a trusty companion will pay £12.

Organisers for the event have promised that this year's cafe will include more toys, goodies and plenty of cute photo opportunities, with a mountain of props.

The venue includes plenty space for dogs to run around and roam the surroundings, with a safe and secure space, as well as outdoor seating available.

The event is a great change to get your pup some new pals and to socialise with fellow dog lovers.

There is even a prepared itinerary for the day, consisting of a mingle with many furry friends and their owners, unlimited dog treats available at the treat stations, unlimited free puppuccinos for all doggies, a photographer taking professional photos and videos and prizes given out to the best dressed owner and their pup.

There are also local doggy related trade stands, ball pits, tunnels, toys and many other fun props to keep your pups entertained, plus more exciting additions to be announced in due course.

Kids under the age of eight, and dogs of course, go free. Space is available at a first come first served basis and organisers are encouraging fans to get their tickets snapped up before they run out.
