Edinburgh city centre hotel apologises to tourist claiming sleep was ‘impossible’

A hotel in Edinburgh’s city centre has apologised after a customer claimed sleep was ‘totally impossible’ during their midweek stay.

Management were quick to respond, apologising for the noise. The complaint, left at the end of March, stated: “Don’t stay here if you want a good night's sleep.
