Edinburgh drivers have been warned to expect a series of closures on the bypass next month as essential works take place.
Overnight maintenance to resurface the slip road off the eastbound A720 Edinburgh City Bypass onto Hermiston Gait Roundabout are set to begin on Wednesday, September 7. Transport Scotland’s operating company BEAR Scotland will undertake the project over three nights.
To ensure the safety of their workers and road users during these works, the eastbound carriageway of the A720 between Gogar Roundabout and Hermiston Gait Roundabout will be closed from 20:30 to 06:00 on the nights of 7, 8 and 9 September.
