The owners of an Edinburgh cafe say they are 'unbelievably excited' their place has been heralded as having one of the best sandwiches in the world.
Holyrood's Moo Pie Gelato have been featured in this month's National Geographic Travel magazine for their cookie sandwich, with the guide commenting: "This popular purveyor of sweet treats on St Mary's Street is known for its creatively flavoured small batch gelato and soft serve.
"Moo Pie's cookie sandwich offerings change monthly, with previous versions having included sticky toffee soft serve topped with crushed candied pecans, sandwiched into brown butter, ginger and molasses cookies."

In the mag, Moo Pies rubs shoulders with top sandwich shops across the world from the likes of Houston, Tokyo and Singapore.
Reacting to their inclusion in the Nat Geo list, the Moo Pie team took to Instagram today to say: "We are UNBELIEVABLY EXCITED to feature in this month's @natgeotraveluk.
"Our cookie sandwich has been included as one of the best sandwiches from menus around the world.
"So, so proud. Soft serve has a massive place in our hearts and our cookie sandwich has been a staple since day one.
"If you haven't caught this month's cookie sandwich yet, do because it slaps."
