Edinburgh Airport will host new flights this summer as Air Canada are set to deliver its first service between the capital and Toronto.
The airline will run the service six times weekly from June 1 - October 2 2022 and four times weekly from October 3 - October 29, 2022.
The flights from Toronto will be operated for the first time by Air Canada mainline with the state-of-the-art Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner aircraft, accommodating 255 passengers.

The aircraft also has a choice of three different classes of service: Economy, Premium Economy and Air Canada Signature Class which will feature lie-flat seating.
All flights are timed to optimise connectivity to Air Canada and extensive North American network, including 46 airports in the U.S.

In addition to the upcoming service between Edinburgh and Toronto, Air Canada currently offers nonstop services from London Heathrow to Toronto, Vancouver, Montréal and Calgary as well as between Dublin and Toronto.
