Staff at a popular Edinburgh Airport back were forced to respond to a scathing TripAdvisor review in which a customer fumed about how their pint was poured.
In the savage one out of five star feedback, the drinker seethed at 'terrible service by a horrible barmaid' after they returned to the bar demanding their glass be topped up with more lager.
The General Manager has since responded to say their staff will do all they can to ensure this doesn't happen again.

All Bar One is one of the airport's busiest bars, especially at this time of year when families fly out across the continent throughout the school holidays.
Following their visit earlier this month, the customer left the unflattering comments on the travel review website which said:
"Ordered pint of Tennents with my meal. The pint came back about 40% (no exaggeration) head.
"I asked to have it topped up and the waitress took it back and asked for it to be topped up. The barmaid grudgingly topped it up slightly.
"It was still 25% foam and as I was sitting next to the bar I stood up and asked if it could be topped up a little. She said NO ITS 5% HEAD YOU GET."
"I explained it wasn’t near 5% and more like a quarter. She grabbed the glass poured a small bit into the pint and slammed it down.
"I walked away with the pint provided. That’s it after being topped up twice.
"Girl was horrible."
In response the All Bar One General Manager apologised and said: "We're disappointed to hear of the negative experience you had at our location. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
"We will use your comments to refine our efforts to ensure this issue does not happen again.
"We will speak to the team on shift."
In spite of this particularly negative review, according to TripAdvisor, All Bar One is the airport's top-rated bar, as we reported earlier this year.
