A huge Halloween festival for kids all ages is coming to a popular Edinburgh adventure park next month with pumpkin slingshot, a haunted maze and even an Airsoft target range.
Conifox Adventure Park, on the outskirts of the city, are set to host the huge event from October 8-22 and are welcoming both young and older kids, and the parents to take part, of course.
Events that will be put on show include Pumpkin Fireworks, a monster mash disco, funfair rides and plenty of food and drink.

Pumpkin Nights will feature all of the above plus the additional attraction of axe-throwing challenges, scare zones, stilt walker and a fire performer lighting up the night sky. The pumpkin fireworks display will go ahead on October 28 and 29 by event specialists 21CC Group.
James Gammell, Managing Director of Conifox Adventure Park, says: “Children and adults alike love the drama and fun of Halloween and this year it’s sure to be a scream at Conifox. Our ever-popular pumpkin patch is back with so much more added this year – and two nights of frightening firework fun.”

Pumpkin Day sessions run mornings and afternoons, every weekend next month from 8 th to 30 th October. Pumpkin Nights are held on Friday and Saturday evenings from October 14-22.
The adventure park has become one of the top attractions for families in and around Edinburgh. Located at Kirkliston, it welcomes large and small parties with their indoor and outdoor play areas, three party rooms, a café and a 200-seater function suite.
Within the outdoor section, kids can run riot and even begin driving at a young age with pedal go-karts that feature on a race track, as well as off-road tractors. There is also a footgolf course and several trampolines.
Adding to the café, a new gastropub has just opened on site that provides food and drink with emphasis on Scottish cuisine from Thursday to Sunday.
The Pumpkin Fireworks event is being staged on the evenings of Friday and Saturday, 28 th to 29 th October. For more information and to book tickets please visit www.conifox.co.uk/whats-on
