Former Manchester City striker Edin Dzeko has relived the club's dramatic victory over QPR which secured the club's first Premier League title.

City found themselves 2-1 down against the London side before Dzeko came off the bench to equalise in the second minute of stoppage time.

The best was yet to come for the Citizens as Sergio Aguero popped up in the 94th minute to win the game while also denying arch rivals Manchester United the title on goal difference.
